August is really not a good time to go to the Bahamas. The mosquitos are out at that time and it is really hot.

If I'm not mistaken I think August is one of the rainy months in the Bahamas. My husband and I went a couple of years back and I'm sure it was in Aug . I think the best time to go would be in Sept. Oct. Better yet check with the travel agencies.

yeah during the day, just take lots of sunscreen and beer and you will be fine.

yes its crazy hot during the day but the night is pretty nice . if you can go later like september or november. also check out Don Sebatian stables to ride horses on the beach. they're near the bravaro resort.

I definitely think she would like the Atlantis. There is quite a bit to do there, but at the same time, it is the perfect place to just relax. My parents love it. It is just a beautiful place to go and if she needs a vacation, I think it would be great for her.

As far as the cost, it just depends on what you include, if you get a package, or just a room, or what room you get, etc. I would say you won't find a room for less than $300 a night.

Atlantis is great,lot of fun.entertainment and affordable.and its in the Bahamas,she will love it.price range for room is 100-400,but i think you should consult your travel agent.because there are many more hotel like Atlantis in the Bahamas and is less affordable.

It is a great place for any age. Check out their website they put some sales up all the time, but the price running a bit high.
Its super expensive but well worth it and fun!

NO! My husband has a co-worker that was talking about an Apple vacation he was going to buy (an all-inclusive to Cancun). I checked into the prices a bit and ended up booking the whole vacation for him on-line.the identical vacation, mind you.for over $2000 LESS!!
I strongly recommend checking their prices against booking each part yourself.
