In the Dominican Republic, can the people native to the country drink the tap water? I just returned from the DR last month, and I talked with some of the locals here and they drink bottled water or boil the water there. I would not recommend that u never kno wats in any water when i go there to visit family they always have purified water.

yeah your much safer to boil the water from the tap first before drinking it better safe than sorry OK
